Contact form data. If you message us through the form, we process your name, email and message content solely to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). Form data is processed via Web3Forms (which forwards it to our mailbox) and kept only as long as needed to handle the request.
Navigation data (server logs). Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records IP address, browser type, date and time, for security and correct operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Web fonts (Google Fonts). The site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts and are loaded only after your consent. Loading them discloses your IP address to Google LLC (USA). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the banner or by clearing the site’s data.
Technical libraries (CDN). Some JavaScript libraries required for the site to function and animate are loaded from CDNs (Cloudflare/cdnjs and jsDelivr), which receive your IP address. These are technical tools essential to operation; legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
This site does not use any profiling, analytics or advertising cookies. We use no Google Analytics, no pixels and no ad networks.
We only use the browser’s technical local storage (localStorage) to remember your consent choice. This storage is technical and requires no consent.
Some providers (notably Google, and potentially the CDNs) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or, for Google Fonts, on your consent.
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations, then deleted. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s retention periods.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise them, write to amc@itandwebservices.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
